This is my second time with Morningstar Storage. Customer service is very professional. They know their customers and go above and beyond. I adore Ms. Jamie. She will get to know you on a personal level and will make you feel more than just a customer. I love that rates go up every year instead every other month like most places. Outdoor spots are small and hard to get into and out of with a large RV. Price doubled in the two years we stored here. This last month, it increased by $50 to $350/month. Final straw was a month after that when our RV was broken into and several items were stolen. Fence is only 6ft. Outdoor storage backs up to wooded area along the interstate and is lined with chain link fence making it easy to get into and out of the facility with items very quickly. Great location. Great service. Ive had multiple units here over the years and I've also used other companies. This is the best by far. My wife won't let me use a different one anymore.
This place is very nice, the personnel are very polite and helpful, it was very easy the price were fair enough. I like the way you have access to your unit and it looks very safe and secured to me.
Jamie and Gail are some awesome ladies and we really enjoyed having our camper van stored with them. No issues at all and the covered storage is very nice.
