My mother has a storage there and I'm handling her affairs because she had a stroke. The gentleman I dealt with was a very nice person understanding and he was very helpful and getting caught up. Very nice service 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 although rats did urinate on my lab coat and other things so I had to get rid of them.
They were great about checking in with me. I was waiting to get a unit, and he called, but wasn't overbearing. He listened, and understood my situation, and followed up very appropriately. When I went in to rent the unit, he was very friendly, gave me all the information, and was overall, a very well informed, nice, professional guy. I walked away with my unit completely satisfied. We've stored there for years now. We love Zack and Thomas. They are great.
Absolutely the best customer service around ( Shirley ; who doesn’t usually work at this location but another). She was a gem! The security and units are top notch. ! Did I mention free moving truck when you rent a unit!!!!! I went from feeling stressed , to blessed! Thank you!
