Quick, friendly service! I had an immediate need to find storage for our RV and one phone call to Caleb calmed my nerves. He and Josie went above and beyond to show us the spot and handle the paperwork. I wanted my husband to come see the spot since he tows the trailer and Caleb was kind enough to reserve the spot for me until my husband was back in town from working in the field. Great customer service and top notch facilities.

I've been a tenant for basically a year and I want to say even tho I don't like the call center, I love hearing the consistency of the same ppl at the store! Caleb, the property manager, is 1000% the best to deal with! He is very friendly and makes the process simple. Even tho I typically only call to pay, I enjoy knowing my storage is in capable hands! my sons frat house burned down, Morningstar was very helpful to us. even offered help if we didnt use their place. we really appreciate them and the units are nice and clean. ty
