Morningstar has been the best! The staff are friendly and professional. When we ran into a spot of difficulty, Heather, was able to help us with a solution. The units are clean and dry and well kept.
Great Storage units, and excellent service Manager Clayton is super friendly honest and professional. We definitely recommend this location because of him.
UPDATE: I just moved out of my unit due to an out-of-state move. During the 4 months that I used Morningstar, I always had great experiences with customer service, and never had a single issue with my unit. All of my stored belongings were in great condition upon moving-out, and they didn't ever have a musky smell or any damage, even amidst the terrible weather we had. We needed to find a place quickly to store my mother-in-law's apartment while we moved her to another facility. MorningStar is very convenient for us and Lindsay helped us tremendously. It was so easy to get what we needed. I highly recommend this facility.
The process of renting a space went smoothly and fast. The lady on duty explained everything in great detail. She met me at the unit and showed me how the lock worked since that was included with the unit. I found the unit to be very clean and dry - ready for immediate use. The property appears to be very safe and secure. I can recommend this business without reservation.
